Reservations must be made <strong>at least one day before<\/strong> the bus arrival in Siena.<\/p>\n<p>To proceed with the booking of the Tourist Bus ZTL access permit, go on our webstite and register to your <strong>Reserved Area. <\/strong>Use your e-mail and password to finish the booking.<\/p>\n<p>The on-line reservation is valid once the payment (credit card only) has been made.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOW TO BOOK:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>REGISTER to your RESERVED AREA at <a href=\"https:\/\/sismic.comune.siena.it\/bus\/registration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this link<\/a><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> RESERVE your Tourist Bus ZTL access at <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sismic.comune.siena.it\/bus\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>this link<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To complete the reservation, you need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The bus licence place<\/li>\n<li>The preferred drop-off and pick-up area<\/li>\n<li>Time and date of arrival<\/li>\n<li>Time and date of departure<\/li>\n<li>All details necessary for the fiscal document.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once the ZTL permit reservation is completed and its payment (credit card only) has been made, it is necessary to download and indipendently print the permit that has to be displayed on the bus dashboard. Therefore, it is no longer necessary to go through &#8220;Il Fagiolone&#8221; Check Point upon arrival.<\/p>\n<p>The bus can go straight to the passenger unloading area only at the time shown on the reservation and on the permit displayed, without having to go through &#8220;Il Fagiolone&#8221; Check Point, where the bus will park later.<\/p>\n<p>To load the passengers, the bus will have to go to the loading zone indicated on the permit displayed on the bus dashboard.<\/p>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\" data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">IMPORTANT<\/span>:<\/b><b><\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\" data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><b>Once the bus arrives at the Check Point, should the date of arrival or the bus driving plate differ from the ones indicated in the booking present in SI.GE.RI.CO. S.P.A. softwares, the reservation Voucher won&#8217;t be considered valid. The driver or the person in charge of collecting the TOURIST BUS ZTL ACCESS PERMIT, will have to make a new payment on site. The full rate will be charged. Without this payment, the bus won&#8217;t be allowed inside the Tourist Bus Limited Transit Zone, and, in case of a violation, the bus details will be sent to the Local Police Station. It is not possible to refund the amount paid for the incorrect booking.
