For those staying at any accomodation facility in Siena,  there is a discount on the daily parking rate for the following parking facilities: Il Campo, Santa Caterina, Il Duomo, San Francesco.

The discounted daily rate is 25 euros (approximately a 30% off the full daily rate of 35 Euros).

To take advantage of the discount, it is necessary to:

• Leave your car parked for over 12 consecutive hours.
• Be in possession of the QR Code given by the accomodation facility.

How to obtain the discount when paying for parking:

• Insert the parking ticket into the automated payment machine at the parking facility
  
• Hold the QR Code and move it close to the scanner from below
• Pay the required amount
• Pick up the ticket to use at the exit

An alternative indoor car park in a convenient and economical facility

A convenient and inexpensive parking solution for both citizens and tourists is La Stazione car park, close to the train station, with a rate of only 50 Cents for the first hour and 2 Euros for the whole day. La Stazione car park is endowed with a free escalator that climbs up directly to the Antiporto, close to the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), while being well connected to the historical city centre via many public transport lines, with a bus every 15 minutes.

FOR THE OWNERS OF ACCOMODATION FACILITIES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SIENA

As of March 2018, as agreed with the Municipality of Siena, trade associations (Confesercenti and Confcommercio) and tourist guides, a new automated system allows those tourists planning an overnight stay in Siena to take advantage of the discounted daily parking rate by using a Qr Code.
